Following the retirement, after 18 years of service, of Area Sales Manager Steve Hawke, Yeoman Shield have internally promoted Norman Sturgess to fill the position.
Norman has been part of Yeoman Shield’s team for over 20 years, initially working as a fixing operative and latterly as Contracts Surveyor in the busy Contracts Department. He has worked on or managed projects at sites such as Morrisons, NHS & Education Facilities.
These two roles have given him a great understanding of products and site installation and procedures providing him with a wealth of information to assist clients both old and new.
“I relish a new challenge and I am very excited about joining the external sales team of Yeoman Shield as an Area Sales Manager.
“My career path through the Yeoman Shield departments and the knowledge I have gained over the years will enable me to hit the ground running, making the change of area management seamless for our customers.” Commented Norman.
Norman will be introducing himself to customers over the coming weeks and will be immediately available for conversations with regards to projects and Yeoman Shield protection products as well as being able to carry out free site surveys if required.
