Yeoman Shield - an open and shut case for door & frame protection

Nuffield Health Harrogate recently revitalised the appearance of doors leading to the pool area that had become scuffed and chipped. Yeoman Shield's team of directly employed fitters swiftly installed light grey door protection panels to mid height level. The panels were supplied with Yeoman Shield's FalmouthEx finish which has a fine textured pattern that is highly effective in disguising abrasions.

The damaged door frame was also renewed with Yeoman Shield's post formed frame protectors in light grey FalmouthEx finish. On renovation projects, where the original frame exists and the damage is not too severe, the post-formed protector is ideal and provides an instant and economical ‘facelift'. Being a continuous profile, the system is bespoke and can be manufactured to customer specifications in height and coverage. It can be quickly installed and, being resilient to everyday knocks and bumps, will eliminate the need for repetitive maintenance and painting in the future.

General Manager, Ceri Morgan said: "The refurbished doors were completed really quickly and without any inconvenience. Within a day the job had been completed to our satisfaction. The doors now look like new and will be able to withstand the wear and tear of visitors using the facilities. We are now confident that we will not have to go to the expense of either replacing or maintaining the doors for the foreseeable future."
