Protection Rails
Our Rails offer the best in protection.
Rails fitted at the wrong height, or with the wrong projection, or utilising poor strengtheners, will not carry out their duty. Badly fitted rails will fail within months, if not weeks, of being installed. The right choice of rail and supplier will pay dividends for many years.
Most of our rails have a stippled finish to help conceal abrasion marks caused by inevitable blows. They can be fitted back to wall or spaced away, projection is key to ensuring adequate protection. They are usually stocked in 3.5m lengths and come complete with a full range of compatible accessories.
The 200mm Protection Rail was the forerunner of our systems, and still remains the favourite, but as new challenges are presented, different options of fixing and more rails are designed, together with new colours, to meet those demands.
You may decide on a rail that is functional and discreet or opt to make a feature with the use of imaginative colour. Whichever route you choose, you can be assured that our involvement will guarantee that your walls will be protected.

200, 125, & 75 mm Rails
These rails are described by their wall coverage and when fitted back to wall project 30mm. All can be spaced away from the wall to protect where various trolleys are in use. We sell more 200mm rail than any other of our systems.
Ultra 60 & 40 mm Rails
Ultra rails are described by their projection when fitted back to wall. Ultra 60 has wall coverage of 90mm and Ultra 40 has 120mm.
200 & 125 mm Contra Rails
Based on the standard 200 and 125mm rails these include a face recess into which a feature strip is fitted, providing a two tone finish to enhance décor. Logos and signage can also be inlaid into protection rails to create effective messages at a height that is particularly ideal for wheelchair users.
Premier Protection Rails
Premier rails are edged with high quality Ash trims, have a coloured protective insert, and are ideal where corporate image is a major consideration. Wall coverage can be of your choice, 200mm is standard, and projection is 20mm when fitted back to wall. Supplied in 2.44m lengths. Logos and signage can also be inlaid into protection rails to create effective messages at a height that is particularly ideal for wheelchair users.
Rigi, Flexi & Maxi Rails
These rails are best suited to fixtures and fittings mostly associated with shopfitting.
