Yeoman Shield working out at Active Living Centre
Yeoman Shield is hard at work in the gym at the Active Living Centre (ALC) (part of the recently opened £28m Newport High School development run by Newport City Council) protecting walls from damage.
As well as being used by pupils of the school and local community the ALC is also the training base of the Newport Gwent Dragon's Rugby team.
ALC duty manager, Jamie Hart, explained: "The gym is a busy place, used by many people of all ages. We contacted Yeoman Shield as we wanted to protect the walls from the inevitable damage which can occur in such a busy environment."
Yeoman Shield 2.0mm thick FalmouthEx wall protection panels in Yellow has been fitted into the gym.
Jamie Hart added: "We have been pleased with the results and Yeoman Shield is certainly helping to keep the gym looking good. As an added bonus, Yeoman also supplied the wall protection with the name of the school in both English and Welsh inlaid into the panels, which has proved to be very effective."
